Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding the purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund of the digital website services provided by Esnaf Max.

1.Scope

This policy applies to the subscription-based digital services provided online by Esnaf Max (Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367 - 375 Queens Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong). By completing a payment, you agree to these terms.

2.Subscription and Renewal

The service is provided against a subscription fee valid for the period you select (monthly). Fees are charged at the amount stated on the pricing page at the time of order.

All payments are processed securely through our payment service provider, Stripe. Applicable taxes and any additional fees are clearly shown in the order summary.

3.Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us a cancellation request by email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; your access continues until then. No further charges are made for the next period after cancellation.

4.Refund Conditions

Our services are digital in nature and performance begins immediately after order confirmation. Once the service has been delivered / your site has been published, fees are non-refundable.

Nevertheless, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment if the service has not yet been delivered (your site has not been published and no custom work has started).

For recurring payments, no refund is issued for periods already used.

5.Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used (via Stripe).

Depending on your bank/card provider, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6.Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card provider. In most cases we can resolve the matter faster.
